Labor Policy

  1. The use of any form of involuntary labor is prohibited.

  2. The use of child labor under the age of 15 is prohibited.

  3. Procurement departments at all business locations are prohibited from purchasing goods from businesses employing child labor.

  4. Our company complies with the Labor Standards Act. Employees' working hours must not exceed the legal limit. Employees must have two days off every seven days, one of which is a rest day and one is a statutory holiday.

  5. The wages and benefits paid to employees comply with legal provisions.

  6. Treat every employee fairly and with respect, and do not treat employees in an inhumane manner such as humiliation, abuse, coercion, sexual harassment, or punishment.

  7. Global locations formulate reasonable work hour plans in accordance with local labor laws and regulations, and regularly manage and monitor employee attendance.

  8. We provide equal employment opportunities to all job seekers and employees, and do not discriminate against employees in hiring or actual work (promotions, rewards, and training, etc.) based on race, skin color, age, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, disability, pregnancy, religious beliefs, political affiliation, community membership, or marital status.

  9. We respect employees' legal right to freedom of association and protect them from retaliation, threats, or harassment. We openly communicate with management about working conditions and provide employees with diverse communication channels. In addition to promoting company policies, systems, welfare measures, and various activities, we also provide two-way email and mobile phone access to senior decision-makers, allowing employees to express their opinions promptly and fully.

Business Ethics Policy

  1. Any and all forms of bribery, corruption, extortion, and embezzlement are prohibited.

  2. Accepting or arranging any business entertainment must comply with normal business etiquette. It should not be excessive or result in large and unnecessary expenses. Furthermore, it should not lead customers or vendors to believe that gifts or entertainment are a necessary condition for establishing or maintaining business relations with the Company.

  3. You must not participate in any activities that conflict with the interests of the company or have any personal interests that conflict with the interests of the company.

  4. Offering or accepting bribes, kickbacks or other forms of improper benefits is prohibited.

  5. Strictly protect the confidential information, assets and intellectual property rights of our company, customers and suppliers.

  6. We adhere to fair trade, advertising, and competition standards, have appropriate measures in place to protect customer information, and report all business transactions honestly and accurately.

  7. Protect the confidentiality of the identities of whistleblowers, including employees and suppliers.

  8. Ensure the confidentiality and anonymity of the whistleblower's identity and prevent retaliation.

  9. Protect the personal data of employees, customers, suppliers, and related stakeholders, and collect, process, and use personal data for legitimate purposes.

  10. Protect the company's and clients' business, technology, finance, and other related information and do not disclose it to any third party in violation of regulations.

Health and Safety Policy

  1. Provide a safe working environment (including company-provided or arranged transportation for employees).

  2. Integrate health and safety into the planning, development and conduct of all business activities.

  3. Comply with all health and safety laws, guidelines and codes of practice, and provide adequate resources to achieve the health and safety goals and targets set out in the business plan.

  4. Ensure all employees have the appropriate training, skills, knowledge and resources to safely carry out all operational activities and respond to any incidents that may occur.

  5. Occupational injury/disease reporting and management must comply with legal regulations.

  6. Safety inspections and audits are conducted regularly to proactively identify unsafe working practices or locations and to ensure compliance with this policy.

  7. Assess the risk level based on the results of the chemical health hazard and exposure assessment, and implement corresponding controls.

    All employees are expected, and we expect contractors to:

  1. Take reasonable care of your own health and safety, and the safety of others who may be affected by your actions.

  2. Follow established safety rules and procedures.

  3. They may only operate the plants, equipment and machines for which they have received relevant training or are authorized to operate.

  4. Report all hazardous situations they become aware of to their immediate supervisor or manager.

  5. Report all accidents and workplace injuries to your immediate supervisor or manager.

Environmental Policy

  1. Comply with government environmental regulations and customer environmental requirements, and respond to the global environmental movement.

  2. Introduce energy-saving and low-pollution materials and equipment.

  3. Actively engage in waste reduction and resource recycling.

  4. Communicate environmental protection information to colleagues, customers, suppliers and other stakeholders.

  5. Greenhouse gas reduction: The air conditioning temperature in the office area is set at a normal temperature of 26-28 degrees.

  6. During meal and rest periods, turn off non-essential lighting.

  7. Promote a paperless policy and introduce electronic forms to reduce paper usage.

  8. Use environmentally friendly tableware and encourage employees to bring their own tableware to reduce the use of disposable tableware.

  9. Use green products and choose equipment and appliances with energy-saving labels.

    Waste Management

  1. Implement resource recycling and classification mechanisms.

  2. Promote waste reduction among employees.

  3. Comply with relevant environmental laws and regulations and implement environmental policies.
